I took this photo while out walking on Westward Ho! beach in the rain with my daughter. The aim was to get some moody imagesĀ and hope for a break in the rain at sunset. The break in the rain never came but it was great fun to be out taking photos with my daughter, who is also a budding photographer.
Empty Beaches in the Rain
The good thing about taking moody photos of beaches in the rain is that they are often empty. My daughter and I shared the whole expanse of the beach at Westward Ho! with this couple walking their dog. I love the way there are so many leading lines pointing at them.
