Withered Shipwreck Planks

As a local shipwrecked boat decays some of the planks that attach to its’ main beams are withering away to little more than tendrils. Almost looking like withered fingers, they are holding on for dear life. Soon they will be lost, forever to the ocean that sealed their fate.
